How should I use keywords?

Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

You can refine your search by adding other keywords to your search or by using the handy keyword tool that can filter your results to make them more accurately reflect the information you are looking for. Dr.Abdulrahman Al Awar: Our employees are the nation's capital and real investment

HE Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, Director General of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) praised FAHR staff saying that they represent a real asset to the the Federal Government and the whole nation in general. “They have gained the trust of our wise leadership being instrumental in achieving the Government’s visions, aspirations, and strategic plans”, he said.

HE congratulated them on the occasion of Eid al-Adha and the Islamic New Year, wishing them progress and success. This came in a speech at the breakfast gathering, organized by FAHR in its head offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and is a tradition of months, which will meet the Commission staff of different grades and functional levels, and in the social atmosphere of non-traditional, where they read the latest developments in the work, and future plans Authority.

At the outset of the ceremony welcoming new employees who joined FAHR team were welcomed. Dr, Al Awar then honored the winners of awards under incentive and reward program for the months of June, July and August, a system applied at the Federal Government level.

The results of ‘Maqassert’ electronic card, one of the innovative initiatives launched by FAHR to spread happiness and joy and foster a spirit of cooperation and satisfaction among the Federal Government employees, were also presented during the ceremony. The initiative enables the employees to exchange ‘Maqassert’ card, through the new smart application ‘FAHR’ introduced recently by the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources.

For his part, Mahmoud Al Marzouki, Director of Government Communication, FAHR, shed light on the most important features of the  community-based initiative to aid the needy recently launched by FAHR, in cooperation with Dubai Health Authority (DHA), under Mosaada (assistance) program sponsored by DHA. The initiative involves collecting contributions from institutions, societies and individuals.

The idea of ​​the initiative is to establish a permanent fund; to collect donations of employees in Abu Dhabi and Dubai on a monthly basis, in order to allocate the proceeds to help the indigent patients in hospitals of Dubai Health Authority, to cover the costs of treatment, and purchase of medicines and assistive devices.

FAHR started the initiative with a "Save a Heart" campaign, which aims to provide treatment opportunities for patients with heart disease, in order to help them cope with pain, suffering and psychological stress, as well as reduce the cost of treatment, given that treatment will usually cost between 10 and 30 thousand dirhams.

FAHR also honored during the ceremony, members of 16 working teams that had been tasked with various assignments and made tremendous and extraordinary efforts over the past few months, internally or externally. For example, in areas of legislation applied at the Federal Government level, including human resources management information system "BAYANATI"

Teams honored include those in charge of archiving and automation of all the historical documents within FAHR, evaluating new mechanisms to measure the results of UAE HR Award in the Federal Government, in addition to the group of BAYANATI teams, winners of Ramadan contest “An Image & Information”, and winners of Women's Day contest launched by FAHR on the occasion.
