How should I use keywords?

Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

If you find that your search has returned too many results you might want to consider refining your search. You can refine your search by adding other keywords to your search or by using the handy keyword tool that can filter your results to make them more accurately reflect the information you are looking for. Mansour bin Zayed honors the winners of the third edition of the Emirates Award for Human Resources in the Federal Government

H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, recently honoured, in the Presidency Palace, the winners of the third edition of the Emirates Award for Human Resources in the Federal Government, which was launched by the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources in 2014 under his patronage.

He stressed that the UAE will continue to empower its people and provide them with the requirements for success and excellence, based on its strong belief in the importance of human resources as a real capital and the main cornerstone of achieving sustainable development.

He added that the nation’s wise leadership, represented by President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, places people on top of its priorities while harnessing all their potential to serve them.

He praised the level of performance achieved by federal ministries and authorities and the related applied human resources legislations and regulations that comply with the best international standards, for providing an attractive work environment based on creativity and innovation and achieving the highest levels of functional harmony and the happiness of employees and customers.

He congratulated the winners that included individuals, ministries and independent federal authorities while urging them to continue working, giving and serving the nation, and promoting its leadership during the important current period witnessing a race towards advancement and social, technological and technical development.

He honoured the winners from federal authorities and individuals. The Insurance Authority won the Leading Federal Authority Award this year in Human Resources Management and the category of Learning and Development, the Ministry of Energy won in the Operations Category, the Ministry of Community Development won in the Financial Category and the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation won in the Customers Category. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Emirates Identity Authority and the National Qualifications Authority also won in the category of the Best Developing Authorities in terms of Human Resources Outcomes.

He also honoured the authorities that won in the Best Practices Category, notably the Ministry of Community Development for the "Best Practice for a Friendly Working Atmosphere for the People of Determination", the Public Authority for Islamic Affairs for the "Best Practice in Professional Health and Safety in the Working Atmosphere", and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation for the "Best Practices in Functional Prosperity in the Working Atmosphere.

Sheikh Maktoum bin Batti Al Maktoum from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation won in the category of Excellent Leader in Human Resources, and Samia Mohammed Al-Fadhli from the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development won in the category of Human Resources Knight.

The event was attended by Ahmed Juma Al Zaabi, Deputy Minister of Presidential Affairs, Rashid Al Ameri, Under-Secretary of the Minister of Presidential Affairs for the Governmental Coordination Sector, and Abdul Rahman Al Awar, Director-General of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources.
