Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

FAHR signs MoU with CSB, Kuwait

A memorandum of understanding has been concluded recently between the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), at its headquarters in Dubai, with the Civil Service Bureau in Kuwait, to boost bilateral cooperation in the field of civil service and administrative development. The MOU was signed by FAHR Director General, HE Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, and CSB Director General, HE Mohamed Hamad Rumi, in the presence of representatives from both sides.

The signing ceremony was followed by briefing the CSB delegation on   global best practices adopted by FAHR in the field of human capital development and empowerment, and the vital projects initiatives at the federal government level, such as Human Resources Management Information System (BAYANATI), Employee Performance Management, Training & Development, and "Ma’aref" Initiative for the Federal Government’s Preferred Training Partners.

HE Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, Director General of FAHR stressed the importance of this kind of Arab, regional and global ties aimed at exchanging best experiences and practices in the field of human resource development, employment and retention, in order to create common ground between nations and promote the role of government and private sector institutions as well.

He said: “the memorandum of understanding signed between the two sides aims to strengthen mutual cooperation in areas relating to policies and legislation in the field of civil service, human resources, administrative development, smart HR systems, and government efficiency, including restructuring and manpower planning.

“According to the memorandum, cooperation extends to include joint effort to facilitate sharing knowledge in the area of ​​government regulations related to administrative development, training, job evaluation, performance management, governance, management control systems, professional code of conduct and ethics for civil service, and research in civil service development”.

For their part, a number of sector and department directors in FAHR highlighted the major initiatives and projects launched at the federal government level, namely human resources management information system (BAYANATI), employee performance management, training & development, "Ma’aref" initiative for the federal government’s preferred training partners, job evaluation and description system, electronic workforce strategic planning, reward and incentive system, professional code of conduct and ethics for civil service, behavioral competencies framework, human resources indicators and enablers, and UAE HR Award in the federal government.

The visiting delegation included along with HE Mohammed Al Roumi: Nabil Abdullah Al Muajal, Assistant Undersecretary for Administrative Development, Jassim Abdullah Buhindi, Director of External Training, and Ahmed Mohammed Al Kandari, Director of Communication and Cooperation Office.
