How should I use keywords?

Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

Refine search results?

If you find that your search has returned too many results you might want to consider refining your search. You can refine your search by adding other keywords to your search or by using the handy keyword tool that can filter your results to make them more accurately reflect the information you are looking for. The filters can be found to the top of your results.

Cooperation between FAHR and Concentric International for HR solutions

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), recently held a virtual meeting with representatives of Spencer Stuart Star US Inc. (Concentric), which specializes in human resources solutions and consultancy.

The meeting was attended by HE Dr. Abdulrahman Abdulmanan Al Awar, Director General of the Authority, Mr. Elias Deeb, Executive Director of Concentric in the Middle East, in addition to the Authority’s officials: HE Aisha Khalifa Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of HR Policies Sector; HE Laila Obaid Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of Programs and HR Planning Sector, HE Ibrahim Fikri, Executive Director of Support Services Sector;  and other representatives of the two sides. The meeting reviewed the most important areas of cooperation between the two sides.

The Authority had signed a memorandum of understanding with  Concentric, aimed at strengthening cooperation between the two sides, sharing knowledge and successful experiences, as well as reviewing future policies and projects in the field of human resources.

In this regard, HE Laila Al-Suwaidi confirmed that the MoU reflects the Authority's keenness to enhance prospects for cooperation with international organizations dealing with human resources issues to make advantage of their experience in human capital development and transition towards the future smart government.

She said: “We need to exchange the best experiences, knowledge and international practices in the field of government human capital management and development, and adopting successful practices and solutions within the UAE Government’s work system. Our ultimate aim is to enhance the  efficiency and productivity of the Federal Government and consolidate its global leadership at all levels.|”

She explained that the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources is always striving to develop smart human resources policies, systems and solutions, as well as adopting innovative ideas and projects, with the aim of innovating performance in ministries and federal entities to improve the quality of life in the work environment, and enrich the experience of employees and customers at the same time.

She added: “Under this MoU, the Authority will leverage on Concentric’s long-standing and specialized expertise in implementing the best government practices in the field of human resources management, developing visions for a number of future human resources projects and studies the Authority plans to implement as part of the human resources strategy in the Federal Government for period 2021-2023.”

For his part, Mr. Elias Deeb, Executive Director of Concentric in the Middle East, stressed the importance of this partnership in supporting the strenuous efforts made by the Authority to develop government work system, and design new and innovative work models that enable the UAE Government to keep pace with the rapid changes and anticipate future challenges.


“The cooperation between the Authority and Concentric will focus on a set of areas that will enrich the experience of government work in ministries and federal entities”, said Mr. Deeb. “The most important areas include establishing a culture of work, employee engagement, evaluation of government leadership, etc.”
