How should I use keywords?

Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

The Federal Government Joins the Happiness Card Program “Esaad”

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Dubai Council’s General Secretariat and the General Command of Dubai Police. According to the MoU, the employees of the ministries and federal entities have joined Dubai Police “Esaad” program, which allows holders to benefit from discounts and other privileges offered by public and private sector establishments participating in the program.

“Esaad” Card aims to helps employees and their families to obtain  their consumer, health and educational needs, at reduced prices, as well as access offers and benefits provided by the government and private sectors, through an innovative program that enables them to benefit from offers and discounts, and to obtain high-quality services that meet their aspirations. 

The memorandum of understanding was signed by His Excellency Ohoud bint Khalfan Al Roumi, Minister of State for Government Development and the Future, Chairperson of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, His Excellency Abdullah Muhammad Al Basti, Secretary General of Dubai Executive Council, and His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, in the presence of Dr. Abdulrahman Abdul Manan Al Awar, Director General of the Federal Authority Federal Government Human Resources and a number of officials.

An attractive Environment

HE Ohoud Al Roumi affirmed the UAE Government's keenness to create a  positive and attractive environment that enhances the performance and productivity of all employees, to realize the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to achieve employee's happiness and well-being.

She said: “The joining of federal government employees to Happiness Card  membership comes as part of the Government's efforts to support employees in a way that reflects positively on their performance and government work system as a whole”.

HE praised the role of Dubai Executive Council and the General Command of Dubai Police in promoting integration between government and private entities, and highly valued the efforts of the Happiness Card Program team in creating a stimulating work environment for employees, and their role in expanding the program's base to include federal government employees.

Cooperation

Abdullah Mohammed Al-Basti welcomed the signing of the MoU between the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources and the Happiness Committee of Dubai Police General Command, indicating that this cooperation embodies the spirit of government work in the UAE by strengthening cooperation and joint coordination between the parties.

He said: “The MoU also means more work to enhance existing cooperation to achieve employee happiness, and promote the strategic partnership with various government entities in the country, which would positively impact the mental health of employees.

“We are happy with the efforts of Dubai Police Happiness Committee to develop the work system and expand the scope of its partnerships at the local and federal levels, which would increase employee happiness and productivity towards realizing our wise leadership’s vision and aspiration in future sustainable development and prosperity”.

Initiatives

Lieutenant-General Abdullah Khalifa Al-Marri affirmed that a happy society  society is a priority in all directives by the UAE Government, hence Dubai Police is keen to launch innovative and ambitious initiatives to realize this goals, including the Happiness Card initiative which was first assigned  initially to the employees of Dubai Police General Command. Following successful implementation, he added, it was seen appropriate to extend the initiative to many other government and semi-government agencies across the country, to represents a new method that contributes to strengthening the institutional loyalty of employees, increases their happiness and improves the work environment, leading to enhancing their productivity and making them a source of happiness for customers.

He pointed loaded the great efforts made by the Happiness Team and excellent results appreciated by all parties and departments joining the the program, which ads another successful initiative to many adopted and implemented by Dubai Police General Command.

Al-Marri said: “Our efforts will not stop at this point, but rather we will continue to support creative ideas that bring happiness to UAE people and society.

“The fact that federal government employees are benefiting from “Esaad” is an indication of the programs success of the program and its alignment with government plans and programs that seek to increase happiness among a wide range of employees.

Dr. Abdulrahman Abdul Manan Al Awar, Director General of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, said: “The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding with the Executive Council of Dubai  Government and the General Command of Dubai Police, to grant federal government employees the opportunity to benefit from the services provided by “Esaad” card, will positively affect the life and performance of employees.   We would like to thank the Executive Council and Dubai Police for their effective role in making this community initiative a success.”
