Pursuant to a decision by the UAE Council of Ministers, the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has issued a circular announcing that all ministries and federal bodies shall observe a holiday on Tuesday, January 01, 2019 to mark the New Year. Normal working hours will resume Wednesday, January 02, 2019.
The Authority took the opportunity to send its congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed, President of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and to their brothers - members of the Supreme Council of the Rulers of the Emirates.
Congratulations were also extended to the people of the UAE and residents on the occasion.
