“There are many suitable jobs for private companies around the world, especially those related to information technology and other modern technologies. Organizations which use private contractors to perform projects face a range of pros and cons. The positive side of this kind of contracts is finding the right people at the right time, and reduced costs of recruitment. The most important drawbacks and challenges are the difficulty of creating a team spirit among the employees of the organization and entrepreneurs, in addition to the difficulty of devising a performance management system for this category of employees.”

The Global Expert in the future of work and leadership said that application of artificial intelligence and e- learning has an immediate impact on human resources and the work environment. He called on human resource departments to monitor the impact of human resources in enterprises as a result of automation of services, employing artificial intelligence in the work environment, and prepare the strategic plans accordingly.

Walker stressed the importance of motivating employees to achieve the organization’s vision strategic objectives. He believes that increasing employee enthusiasm can only be achieved through adopting a clear vision of the organization’s objectives, with close follow-up by the leadership and human resources departments, and continued recognition to employee achievements and role they play in translating the vision into reality.

The former can develop from the very beginning new standards and ideas that are compatible with the dynamic nature of the global market.
