Her Excellency Laila Obaid Al Suwaidi, Acting Director General of FAHR, stated that the Authority achieved many outstanding successes and milestones during the year 2022, which had the greatest impact on improving the system, tools and work models in the federal government, and enhancing government efficiency in the ministries and federal entities.
This came during her opening speech at the periodic happiness meeting, which was held recently in Dubai, and was attended by several executive directors, department directors, and employees of FAHR, in conjunction with the International Day of Happiness, which falls on March 20 of each year.
Her Excellency praised the achievements, which reflect the FAHR's keenness to consolidate the leading position of UAE in various fields and work sectors, especially in terms of developing its human capital, building their capacities, and arming them with future skills. She expressed her appreciation of the distinguished efforts of the work teams and employees during the past year, which culminated in the launch of many innovative legislations, regulations and human resources initiatives at the federal government level.
Her Excellency Laila Al-Suwaidi honored the outstanding departments, organizational units, work teams, and employees. She urged them to exert more efforts, work in a team spirit, and come up with inspiring ideas and creative initiatives that enhance the attractiveness of the government work environment, and make it a destination for people with talents, competencies, and brilliant minds, which is among the targets of the visionary leadership of the UAE.
