The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has recently launched the virtual assistant service “Hamad” through website: www.fahr.gov.ae., to help its customers.
In this regard, Salwa Abdullah, Director of Projects and Programs Department at FAHR, confirmed that the new virtual assistant is an instant conversation window developed by the Authority making advantage of artificial intelligence technologies. Hamad service is aimed to serve as an interactive channel of communication with customers, and provide them with technical support and advice regarding a number of the Authority's services and systems through harnessing advanced technologies to advance work system.
“The new communication channel comes as part of the Authority’s endeavor to delight its internal and external customers, and provide them with the best services, in a quick and easy manner and around the clock from anywhere,” she said.
She added that the Authority’s virtual assistant service responds to all inquiries with regard to some of the Authority’s services such as training services, human resources systems, legal advice, and technical support, through a conversation window.
Salwa Abdullah explained that the virtual assistant service "Hamad" will be continuously updated and be launched through the smart application "FAHR", so as to help Federal Government employees complete their human resources procedures for in the coming period.
