How should I use keywords?

Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

Refine search results?

If you find that your search has returned too many results you might want to consider refining your search. You can refine your search by adding other keywords to your search or by using the handy keyword tool that can filter your results to make them more accurately reflect the information you are looking for. The filters can be found to the top of your results.

The Authority’s Smart App serves 57 entities and provides 26 E-Services to Federal Government employees

HE Laila Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of Programs & Human Resources Planning in the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), said that the UAE ranks high globally and regionally in innovation and smart services index, an achievement that can be attributed to its successful sustainability strategy and harnessing technological advancements to the benefit of customers, employees and the community at large.

She said: "We can only shape a bright future by employing the technological potential in the service of our human resources, by investing  in them to achieve the aspirations and needs of future generations. The main objective is to bring the desired change in the federal government's performance, through the smart application, which has become an integral part of government work system in a short period of time, thanks to the directives of the leadership regarding investment in technology to shape the future”.

The Authority’s Smart App FAHR

HE Laila Al Suwaidi explained that the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources is set to convert all its services to smart and automate HR transactions, legislation and services provided by the ministries and federal entities, and Federal Government employees.

She added stated that the Smart App FAHR, launched two years ago,  is aimed at keeping up with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, with respect to the shift towards smart government, and the provision of public services to all customers in a timely, efficient and attractive manner around the clock.

26 e-Services and 57 Federal Entities

Al Suwaidi noted that the Smart App FAHR has become a reference for employees in more than 57 ministries and federal entities, as they can carry out all of their human resources transactions easily, anywhere in the world and in record time. The app also has a capacity of over 1 million visitors per month

“The new application provides 26 smart services, ranging between main services and subsidiary ones, including those linked to the HR Management Information System in the Federal Government "BAYANATI"; the training partners initiative preferred by the Federal Government “Maarif”, the deduction program for Federal Government personnel “Imtiazat”, Ask Legal Adviser Program, Federal Government personnel network, in addition to several other services related to FAHR”, she noted.

Among the services provided by the Smart App FAHR, are those linked to  the self-service for human resource "BAYANATI" system,  that allows BAYANATI system users to apply for leaves, check the leaves balance, exit permits, view payslip, request to whom it may concern letters, update information and other services through a web browser and also through FAHR mobile application.

HE Laila Al Suwaidi said that the Authority has succeeded in converting a wide range of human resources systems and services into smart applications to facilitate transactions performed by the Federal Government employees, so that they get all the information and data needed in an easy and timely manner.

She stressed the Authority's keenness on providing the high quality services, based on clear vision and strategy in order to make smart government initiative one of the world's leading experiences, and consolidate the position of the UAE in global competitiveness and innovation in all fields. She concluded by stressing the importance of this vital project which provides important services to the Federal Government employees from anywhere and at any time.
