The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), presented its experience and knowledge with regards to the Management of Data and Excellence files in general, to the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure; the knowledge which recently enabled FAHR to win Mohammed bin Rashid Government Excellence Award in two categories at the Federal Government level: Leading Federal Entity, with less than 500 employees; and the Best Entity in Data and Knowledge Management.
The Ministry was briefed on the FAHR’s experience during a virtual workshop moderated by Meitha Kolthoum, Director of Strategy and Future Department, and attended by H.E Nadia Musallam Al Naqbi, Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services, H.E Eng. Yousef Al Ali, Assistant Undersecretary for Electricity, Water and Future Energy, and about 100 Ministry employees.
At the beginning of the session, Meitha Kolthoum welcomed the attendees and thanked the Ministry of Energy for its constant cooperation as a strategic partner of FAHR, as well as its keenness and interest in sharing knowledge and experiences with others. She then reviewed FAHR’s practices in managing operational over the years, and excellence awards won as a result.
A team of HR information System specialists "Bayanati", including Sheikha Al-Kaabi, Amna Al-Raisi, and Wafa Qadada, reviewed the most prominent features "Bayanati" and the electronic services it provides to Federal Government employees and decision makers, especially with regards to timely and accurate data, and indicators that enable them to set policies and make informed decisions.
For her part, H.E Nadia Musallam thanked the Authority as a key partner of the Ministry, for its constant cooperation with ministries and federal entities, generally, and with the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure in particular, and its keenness to transfer knowledge, and to share its distinguished experiences with those wishing to benefit. She also thanked the Authority’s team for the excellent review of knowledge and presentation delivered during the meeting with high professionalism and competence.
