How should I use keywords?

Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

If you find that your search has returned too many results you might want to consider refining your search. You can refine your search by adding other keywords to your search or by using the handy keyword tool that can filter your results to make them more accurately reflect the information you are looking for. Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar: “We need innovative training programs that meet the needs of future generations”.

HE Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, Director General of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, noted that the rapid technological changes taking place in the world today requires careful consideration by our institutions to keep up with such changes by developing their human resources, through innovative training, in line with the future visions and aspirations of the United Arab Emirates.

In the opening speech of the 5th Annual Conference & Exhibition on Training & Development sponsored by FAHR, and organized by Terrapinn, Middle East in Dubai, HE stressed on the importance of non-traditional workplace training, and continuing education in capacity building, and  development of quality training programs that meet the global challenges and changes.

He said: “We need to look ahead into the future to find appropriate tools for the development of training programs, taking into account the challenges of a rapidly changing modern technology, which require strategies and plans for flexible and alternative training that fulfill the aspirations and needs of present and future generations.

“Our institutions face many challenges in the field of training, including allocation of sufficient budgets for training employees, quality of current training programs and return on investment in training, etc. The training programs offered to employees must be relevant and effective, and closely aligned address the current and future challenges.”

Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar added “It is high time to think carefully about the future of our institutions, and to predict the challenges ahead. This requires investing in human capital by adopting creative methods to bring the current training programs up-to-date and relevant to the development of human resources based on global standards”.

He reiterated the need to develop comprehensive strategies and plans for training in line with the aspirations and needs of different groups and generations of employees, calling on partners and training providers in the United Arab Emirates to devise training methods and tools that suit the the nation's ambitious aspirations for the future.

The Exhibition on Training & Development is the largest of its kind in the region, and provides an ideal platform to review and discuss the trendiest solutions in the field of training and development of human resources.
