As part of its activities in the innovation month “The UAE Innovates 2023”, FAHR held a virtual session entitled "Innovators of the Authority", during which departments and organizational units, and distinguished employees were honored in terms of submitting suggestions, managing assignments, and providing services in 2022.
At the outset of the session, Her Excellency Laila Obaid Al Suwaidi, Acting Director General of FAHR, confirmed that FAHR had achieved many distinguished achievements at the federal government level during 2022. It launched an innovative package of pioneering initiatives aimed at empowering human capital in the ministries and federal entities, which had the greatest impact on developing government work tools and concepts prevailing in the federal government.
She pointed out that these achievements are a natural result of the exceptional efforts made by the authority's employees who worked diligently and with the spirit of one team over the entire year. The honoring reflects the eagerness of the authority’s leadership to celebrate the remarkable achievements and efforts, and to create a stimulating and positive work environment based on professionalism, competitiveness, creativity, and innovation.
For her part, Meitha Kolthoum, Director of the Strategy and Future Department at FAHR, reviewed the names of departments and organizational units, knights of customers, and distinguished employees during the year 2022 with regard to submitting and suggestions, managing assignments and providing services. In the category of the departments, the Human Resources Planning Department won the first place as the most department submitting suggestions, while the Government Communication Department won the first place as the most department submitting feasible suggestions.
Further, the Human Resources and Services won the first place as the most department implementing feasible suggestions. At the individual level, Asma Al-Suwaidi, from Human Resources Planning, was honored as the employee who submitted the most feasible suggestions with a total number of 17 suggestions in 2022.
The Financial Affairs won the award for the best department in managing projects and assignments, while the Strategy and Future won the first place in completing assignments and projects within the specified time out of the total accomplished in FAHR. In addition, the Government Communication was honored as the best department in completing assignments and projects within the specified time out of the management’s total assignments.
Best Department in Customer Happiness for the Year 2022
Meitha Kolthoum explained that the Human Resources Information System ranked on the top as the best department in the field of customer happiness for the year 2022. The Department team received 23,323 transactions and calls and succeeded in dealing with 98% of them with high professionalism and with a percentage of 95% of customer happiness.
In the category of the best employee in customer happiness for the year 2022, three employees of the Human Resources Information System won the first three places; and they are, respectively: (Halima Al Qubaisi, Adnan Al Saadi and Noha Abboud).
