Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

  3. Approve the Service Level Agreement between FAHR and the entity requesting support
  4. Ensure availability of contact persons between the entity requesting support and FAHR

  • High priority: 14 working hours after receiving the application
  • Medium priority: 21 working hours after receiving the application
  • Low priority: 35 working hours after receiving the application
