There are more than 250 various e-training courses, federal government employee can assign their staff to benefit from these courses depending on their competence.
By limiting individual development plans from employees in the entity, and sending it to Al Mawrid team to align the training plan with the list of training programs available on the portal.

No, the prices of the packages may vary depending on the number of licenses for electronic courses depending on the number of employees in the authority, in addition to a change in price after deducting "Al Mawrid".
There is 24 different features
The license is valid for 360 days from the date of its activation.
For entities who did not activate Al Mawrid packages: employees will send the e-certificate to the training officer in the entity.
Entities who has Al Mawrid Package: Your training officer has the authority to view the training reports of all employees and follow up on their achievement KPI’s.
This feature not been activated at the individual level, course licenses are purchased between the Human Resources & provider.
After completing the training course and passing the test, the employee must evaluate the course; the certificate automatically issued, or can be found from the main list "My Certificates".
You can request specialized courses for their employees by contacting Al Mawrid Support Team.
You must complete the course to get the certificate, but you can pause the course at any time, and resume it and same place you pause by clicking on the word "yes to continue ".
Al Mawrid training courses is not mandatory, but the employees can use benefit from e-training certificates and training hours that be calculated.
Currently "Al Mawrid" e-leaning portal its only available for federal government employee.
In this case, the employee must fill out the application form request a training course; send it to the HR training officer in his/ her workplace, after approval, it’s necessary to complete the placement procedures in the course.
Upon completion of the course, the training manager receives your course achievement report, and then add it directly into the federal government employees OLM system in Bayanati.
FAHR announce about free courses through the FAHR media channels, employees will receive an email notification placement for the new courses via their email registered in the "Bayanati" System.
