This service is offered to employees who wish to benefit from "Imtiyazat" program - the discount program for government employees, which helps them to get exclusive discounts and offers by downloading” Imtiyazat” application and entering the required basic information. The service also provides responses to inquiries and technical support requests related to the use of the Smart Application.

  • All Ministries and Federal Government Employess.
  • Ajman and Umm Al Quawain Government Employees.



To Register in Service:

  • Download “Imtiyazat” Smart App through Google Play Store & App Store.
  • Enter the official email address of the employee (work email adress).
  • The employee will receive the activation code and the 6-digit numbder via e-mail.
  • Employee to activate his subscription by entering the code on the app.
  • Employee can view all the offers listed on “Imtiyazat” app and benefit from the discounts.

For Technical Support on Service:

  • Enter Customer Happiness System CHS from FAHR website.
  • Fill in the service form request.

The registration must be with the official employee email that is used at the workplace
