How should I use keywords?

Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

Refine search results?

If you find that your search has returned too many results you might want to consider refining your search. You can refine your search by adding other keywords to your search or by using the handy keyword tool that can filter your results to make them more accurately reflect the information you are looking for. The filters can be found to the top of your results.

    Suhail is a proven UAE leader with an unwavering commitment to putting his people first. His long-term goal is to enhance the UAE’s leadership pipeline by expanding the range of training, development and capability building programs offered. Suhail also wants to ensure that Tanfeeth’s success is underpinned by a transparent, open and results-driven organizational culture. Suhail previously spent ten years in senior leadership positions at Emirates NBD; the leading banking group in the GCC. Suhail’s last role at Emirates NBD was as General Manager, Human Resources (HR). He was credited as one of the pioneers of the 2007 merger between Emirates Bank and the National Bank of Dubai to form Emirates NBD.

    He was part of a highly complex HR integration for over 8,000 employees, and helped forge a uniform culture and set of values to support the new organization’s capability to attract and develop exceptional talent. Suhail is a frequent speaker at leading regional and international conferences for the BPO, financial services and HR sectors. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the American University of Dubai, an MBA from the International University in UAE, and has completed an extensive range of leadership courses. This includes Finance for Leaders (INSEAD, Singapore), the Duke Leadership Program (Duke University), Certificate in Strategic Innovation and Leadership (Hult International Business School) and the HR Executive Program (University of Michigan). He is also one of the world’s leading falcon breeders and frequently assists the UAE with this popular national interest.

  • Philip Rice Consultant , PA Consulting

    Philip RicePhilip is a partner at PA Consulting and has been working in the field of HR transformation and organisation design for nearly 20 years. He spent the early part of his career with Unilever in various HR roles before moving into consulting. He has consulted across blue-chip and large public sector organisations including BP, EmiratesNBD, Unilever, Cisco, Royal and SunAlliance, ADIA, Al Rajhi Takaful, Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation, ARASCO and Kuwait Petroleum Corporation. His experience with boards and senior management teams means that he takes a highly practical and delivery orientated approach to HR Transformation. Philip holds a degree in Commerce with post graduate studies in psychology.
