About the Forum:
The Human Resources domain in general and in the government sector in particular have a big interest and support from the United Arab Emirates Leadership, the Federal Government was guided by enlightened thought leadership and have developed a strategy for the Federal government which put major trends in human resources management and development.
And from that sense and under the patronage of His Highness Shiekh Hamdan Bin Mohmamed Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, Crown prince of Dubai, the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources has conducted its yearly HR Management and Development conference titled “The FAHR International Forum 2014”, the conference dealt with the subject of “Sustainable Human Capital to Support National Agenda” from the period 29th-30th April, 2014 in Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center.
The Conference Focused on key topics on best practices in organizational performance development since it is considered the heart for all organizational excellence plans such as focusing on the smart government, talent management in raising the organizational efficiency and competencies.
The FAHR International Forum is held annually, and it is attended by delegates from around the globe including Civil Services Ministers and HR Experts, in addition to leaders from the federal and local government and private sector in UAE, Gulf region, Arab countries and internationally.
