His Excellency Humaid Mohammed Al Qattami, Minister of Education and Chairman Board of Directors of the Federal Authority for Government Human resources issued a circular regarding “Prophet Mohammed’s birthday” which falls on Saturday 4th February. 2012 corresponding to the 12th of Rabee Al Awal 1433.

The circular states that according to the provisions of article 5/100 of the Federal Cabinet Resolution No. 11 of 2008, a holiday which falls on another official holiday or weekend will not be transferred to another day and will not be compensated for.

On this occasion, His Excellency, Humaid Al Qattami congratulated the President, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Ben Zayed Al Nahyan, the Vice president, Prime Minister, Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Ben Rashid Al Mattoon, Their Highnesses members of the Supreme Council and Rulers of the Emirates, people of the UAE and the Arab and Islamic countries.
