How should I use keywords?

Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

Refine search results?

If you find that your search has returned too many results you might want to consider refining your search. You can refine your search by adding other keywords to your search or by using the handy keyword tool that can filter your results to make them more accurately reflect the information you are looking for. The filters can be found to the top of your results.

FAHR concludes Creative Motivation Program within "Ma’aref” Initiative

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) training concluded a 2-day training course for a number of staff in the ministries and federal entities on "Motivation towards Excellence and Creativity in a Work Environment", as part of “Ma’aref" Initiative for the Federal Government’s preferred training partners. The initiative, which is considered one of FAHR’s strategic and a first of its kind , aims to compile a list of the best training providers UAE-wide and make it available to ministries and federal bodies to take advantage of the training programs offered by these partners at competitive prices.

The objective of the program, which was held at the headquarters of FAHR in Abu Dhabi, in cooperation with the in cooperation with the Emirates European Centre for Human Development, is to develop the participant’s practical skills in strategies related to creative motivation of staff, familiarize them with incentive systems and modern concepts of motivation, in addition to providing them with guidance, strategies, evidence and methods that would help them improve employees’ performance in their organizations.
The program addressed a number of topics that focused on instilling the concept of excellence in the work environment, through innovative thinking in order to streamline and improve business processes, as well as identifying the most important and realistic methods of motivating the federal government employees.

It also focused on introducing the participants to the concept and types of motivation and their relation to incentives; the concept of creativity and innovation, and how to manage creativity and innovation to motivate employees for increased effectiveness and efficiency; the importance of motivation in achieving enhanced administrative work, and the role of motivation in changing an employee’s attitude and behavior into into positive energy.

"Ma’arif" Initiative, launched in 2013, aims to create a partnership based upon social responsibility and mutual interest between public and private sectors,  ensure the provision of quality training for approximately 84,000 employees working for 56 federal ministries and entities, meet training needs in a manner that satisfies the requirements of the Training & Development System for the federal government employees, and achieve cost effective budgeting of training programs within the federal governmental entities
