Federal Authority for Government Human Resources confirmed that the 60 ministries, federal bodies and 6 local governments had provided the Authority with list of names for 30% of the national male employees in the age group of 21 to 30 years, and who have completed the registration procedures with national service and reserve centers.
Earlier , the body was called on all ministries and Federal and local governments bodies to notify all national male staff (born 30 May 1984 to May 30, 1993), and the employees of the federal and local governments, the need to complete their registration procedures with the national and reserve service centers.
The authority had addressed all the federal and local government bodies to provide it by the list of names of candidates staff for the third session of the national service, set to begin on next March, and who will represent 30% of the total national employees in the age group of 21 to 30 years.
Also requested a list of reserve by each body to be used in the event of staff replacement who do not meet the enrollment of the national service conditions, This step came from the keenness of the Authority on the implementation of the Federal Law No. 6 of 2014 on national service and backup and in the light of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Authority and the National Service Authority which provided for the Federal Authority for Government Human resources.
And the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources submitted the data and payroll of workers in the federal and local governments to the National body and reserve service.
The role of the Authority is manifested in the implementation of the National and reserve Service Act in cooperation and coordination with all local governments in the United Arab Emirates in order to limit the names and numbers of employees who meet the National Service Act, as well as communication and coordination with the responsible authorities for the employment of seeking citizens for a work, including: Abu Dhabi Council for nationalization , the Department of Human Resources in the government of Sharjah, and the National HR Development and Employment "Tanmia" to confine the names and numbers of people covered by the law.
And took the initiative to coordinate with the Ministry of Labor to limit the names and numbers of national employees in the private sector in the State who meet the conditions of national and reserve service law, and it prepared a detailed report that shows the geographical distribution of the staff of the Federal Government of national employees covered by national and reserve service law, in addition to their age, sex and social status.
Internal team for national service
The Board has formed a specific internally team supports the application of the national and reserve service law in the federal and local governments, where the team limits the numbers and data of the Federal government employees subject to the provisions of the law, and coordinating with the concerned local governments in the State to know the number of employees who meet the conditions of service and visualize the legislation which requires the implementation of the National Service Act, as amended or developed, and coordinating with the accredited pension programs in the State concerning the manner of the implementation of the requirements of the National and Reserve Service Act of staff working in the federal and local sectors as well as to adopt necessary mechanisms to connect and implement the national and reserve service and with HR information management system "Bayanati”.
