How should I use keywords?

Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

If you find that your search has returned too many results you might want to consider refining your search. You can refine your search by adding other keywords to your search or by using the handy keyword tool that can filter your results to make them more accurately reflect the information you are looking for. The Authority has concludes participation in GITEX, with its Smart Application (FAHR) attracting large crowd

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources participated in GITEX 2014, which kicked off on October 12, in Dubai World Trade Centre, concluding the event today in Dubai, along with a group of smart government institutions.

The Authority’s stand saw a large turnout from senior officials of federal and local ministries and agencies, as well as employees and visitors. The visitors admired the smart application (FAHR) in particular, and the Authority team briefed them on the app as well as human resource systems and services offered through the new app. The Authority also received excellent feedback which will be taken into consideration, to facilitate things for users including federal government employees, clients, and the general public.

The Authority launched during the first days of the exhibition, the smart app  for the public and employees of the federal government. The new app, which is now available at all smart app stores, provides 26 HR smart systems and services in the federal government. The most important smart services include the HR Management Information System (BAYANATI), the federal government training partners’ initiative Ma’aref”, ‘Imtyazat’ initiative, which offers special discounts to the federal government employees, legal consultation request and employee network.

HE Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, Director General of the Federal Authority for Human Resources, stressed that the Authority has managed to convert a wide range of human resource systems and services relating to federal government employees into smart applications, which will enable them to conduct human resources transactions, and get all the information and data they need easily and in an effective manner. He added that the package contains important smart services which will benefit the Authority’s partners and customers alike.

“This step comes within the continued efforts made ​​by the Authority to realize the directives and vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, regarding the shift towards smart government to ensure the provision of government services quickly and effectively around the clock”, HE said.

He confirmed the commitment of the Authority to providing the highest quality of services, based on clear strategic vision, in order to showcase the smart government as a leading global experience that confirms the outstanding position of the UAE in terms of competitiveness, innovation and leadership in all fields. He concluded by stressing the importance of this vital project as it provides essential services to the Federal Government employees anywhere and at any time via tablet devices.

The HR Management Information System (BAYANATI)

Klaitham Al Shamsi, Director of Human Resource Management Information System in the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources revealed that the application launched by FAHR offers 26 services to the federal government staff. It speeds up and facilitates procedures, allowing them to access an important package of services, especially those offered through “BAYANATI” System, which enables them to complete human resource transactions using self-service unit of the system, to obtain all the data and information they need on their own
