The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has recently a 1-day free training course on “Positive Energy & its Impact on the Work Environment" for a number of employees working for the ministries and federal entities. The course is part of a series of free training courses offered by FAHR under ‘Ma’arif’ Initiative for the Federal Governments Preferred Training Partners.
The course which took place at FAHR headquarters in Dubai, in cooperation with the Total Quality Center aimed at familiarizing the participants with innovative methods to create positive and stimulating work environment, as well as achieve institutional quality, how to raise job satisfaction among employees in order to increase their productivity, and modern personal development.
The course touched on a range of topics, including: stimulating creativity in the workplace, the 10 behaviors that negatively impact an employee’s career, the Kaizen method of continuous incremental improvement, ways to define the character of an employee through some congenital features, in addition to the importance of understanding the body language and work environment etiquette and Japanese continuous improvement approaches.
