Specialization Of FAHR
- Study, propose policies and legislations related to Human Resources at the level of Federal Government and present the same to the Ministerial Council for Services for approval.
- Propose the system for performance management as per the rules prescribed in law and present the same to the Cabinet for approval.
- To look into objections against the decisions of Complaints Committee as per law and to lay down the rule of same and present to the Cabinet for approval.
- Assist Government Sector for sound implementation of legislations related to Human Resources.
- To make sure that the Government Sector complies with the provisions of law, rules and regulations issued in implementation thereof
